What Can the Wharton SBDC Do for Your Business?

Join us to learn about how our consulting and education programs can help you to start, grow, and prosper.

The on-site Introductory Meetings consist of two sessions. These meetings initiate the working relationship between our clients and the SBDC consultants and staff, and help to define goals and expectations. Critically, it is during these meetings that each entrepreneur will be guided through the business analysis required to identify the consulting issue. It is also during these meetings that we will begin to define the measurable business results that will be used to evaluate success resulting from the core work of the Strategic Project.

In order to benefit fully from the Introductory Meetings, an entrepreneur should be prepared to make available financial, customer, and competitive data. This data will be reviewed in confidence before the beginning of the Strategic Project, and used to evaluate new opportunities and progress against goals.

Introductory Meetings are also available via conference call.
