Join us to learn about how our consulting and education programs can help you to start, grow, and prosper.
This introductory meeting is for established business owners only. The Introductory Meetings initiate the working relationship between our clients and the SBDC consultants and staff, and help to define goals and expectations. Critically, it is during these meetings that each entrepreneur will be guided through the business analysis required to identify the consulting issue. It is also during these meetings that we will begin to define the measurable business results that will be used to evaluate success.
In preparation for consultations following the Introductory Meetings, an entrepreneur should be prepared to make available financial, customer, and competitive data in order to benefit fully from our services. This data will be reviewed in confidence before the beginning of the Strategic Project and used to evaluate new opportunities and progress against goals.
This introductory meeting is for established business owners only.
New business start-ups (less than six months of revenue) and entrepreneurs without previous business experience must sign up for our First Step workshop to begin working with the Center. To register for the next workshop, please go to this page.
