PHILADELPHIA 100 INSTRUCTIONS

1. Nominate a company for consideration using the Nomination Form. Nominations for the 2010 Philadelphia 100 are accepted from October 2009 through June 2010.

2. In May 2010 nominated companies will be invited to submit an application containing relevant company information. Researchers use the information in the application to rank companies.

The Winners will be publically announced at a gala celebration in early fall 2010

3. Qualifications

  • Independent, privately held corporation, proprietorship, or partnership. Franchises, subsidiaries, divisions, and fixed-term funds and their management companies are NOT eligible.

  • A full three-year sales history with an increase during 2009.  Sales in 2007 must be for a full 12 months and more than $125,000.

  • Applicants that operate in bankruptcy at any point during the contest period through to the time of winner selection are not eligible.

  • Company headquarters located in one of the following counties:
    Pennsylvania:
    Philadelphia
    Delaware
    Chester
    Montgomery
    Bucks
    New Jersey:
    Burlington
    Camden
    Gloucester
    Mercer

    Delaware:
    New Castle

The Philadelphia 100 program reserves the right to not accept applicants at its discretion.

Findings

Our findings will be presented in a special report: "Philadelphia 100®: The Region's Fastest-Growing Private Companies." in the Philadelphia Business Journal
