The Marketplace is changing every day, and so are customers. To stay ahead in this rapidly evolving business environment, we must change our philosophy on how to grow and sustain profitable business. Companies who are approaching their business the same way they did as little as a year ago are already behind.
Now, with leaner organizations, shifting demands and fierce competition, our focus needs to be on understanding our clients’ most important needs and motivations. The ability to forge “intimate” relationships will make the difference between businesses that prosper and those that merely survive. We must recognize traditional selling no longer yields results effective enough to out-distance the competition. We must explore new strategies for success.
This workshop introduces strategies which enable professionals to build stronger, more intimate business relationships. We will explore the emotional drivers that impact buying decisions and provide the skills needed to gain deeper understanding, establish trust and win profitable business.
